The DAYSTAR ENERGY - Columboola Renewable Energy Hub (CREH) is a multi-project, renewable energy facility located near Miles in the Western Downs region, the Energy Capital of Queensland. Building on the region’s diverse energy assets and connection to the national grid, the Columboola Renewable Energy Hub is the realisation of a vision for the most advanced, diverse and integrated renewable energy hub in Australia. The Daystar Energy flagship project incorporates Agrivoltaic Solar, Battery Storage, Hydrogen & Oxygen production and Data Services. Location is the project’s strength, with proximity to heavy industrial projects, direct access to national energy grid through an onsite 33kV/275kV substation and easy access to the Warrego highway and rail services through to Port of Brisbane.
