DayStar was founded in 2016 with a focus on developing energy solutions to help supply electrical power and reduce the dependency of costly fuel oil, where the cost of transporting and protecting fuel remains volatile. Our founding business thesis is the solutions that we develop for our client countries will also have broader applicability in the commercial market and the capability to design, deliver, and service reliable energy systems will create value for our investors. We are aware of government initiatives to counter power shortage problems. The ability to provide reliable and efficient energy is vital to economic growth of any country. Infrastructure development in the energy sector facilitates increased energy production allowing for the expansion of industry and economic prosperity for its residents, which produces stability for the country and the surrounding region. Our projects are specifically designed to meet the power, energy, and environmental requirements of grid connected and off-grid customers within developing countries and in remote locations where grid-supplied electricity is not accessible. The large and growing off-grid market demands reliable delivery of electrical power and consistently pays a high premium for that reliability through public-private partnerships and in association with non-profit humanitarian groups.
