About DBe

DBe is a full-service General Contracting, Property Development, Construction Management and Advisory firm. We recommend, implement and oversee programs customized to the owner’s vision, needs and expectations. As a virtual extension of you, we provide hands-on construction services, technical expertise, counsel and personalized attention as we oversee all phases of project development. LEED certified with a specialty in Building Design & Construction, Tambi Kat acts as project director and primary liaison for all clientele related business pertinent to the project, while assembling the team consisting of the Project Manager, Carpenters and Artisans, Interior Designer, Technology & Systems consultants, sub-contractors and specialty trades. Our Real Estate Development arm allows DBe to provide Flagship Property Development services throughout the Tri-State area. We design and build state-of-the-art facilities and structures through a team approach delivered via our construction management services. DBe controls the entire process on behalf of the development team. Each project is unique and our approach to each project reflects the different challenges each site presents. Acquisition and investment strategies are based on our collective experiences and detailed market analysis but more importantly, on our inspired Vision For The Future. To ensure our vision is realized, we offer in-house expertise that spans Site Identification, Zoning, Entitlements, Financing, Master Planning, Design, Construction, Marketing, Leasing and Sales.
