DBI (Dim Brands International) is a leading European underwear company that distributes iconic brands (Dim, Nur Die, Lovable, Playtex, Abanderado, Bellinda) and operates across Europe. Driven by its know-how and its innovation program, DBI develops everyday products for the whole family and addresses its consumers through an omnichannel consumption strategy. Founded in 1960, DBI has a long tradition of innovation and excellence. In France, Dim is the leader in the underwear market and the favorite brand of the French (Kantar study, January 2021). In 2022, the group has regained its independence and intends to accelerate its growth by relying on a clear strategy based on three axes: the development of its leading brands, a strong program of product innovations and a strong omnichannel marketing. DBI employs around 3,300 committed and passionate people in over ten European countries. DBI has decided to invest in its own production facilities in order to implement an ambitious Social and Environmental Responsibility program. In this context, DBI is committed to reducing its environmental footprint: 41% of the energy used by our activities is of renewable origin and we have reduced our CO2 emissions by 36% and our water consumption by 31% since 2007. Finally, we have launched a major tree planting initiative to neutralize our CO2 emissions each year. We are also a socially responsible player with regard to all our stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers, distributors, consumers, etc.). This contributes to a leadership with a strong social dimension, where personal development, respect, diversity and equality dominate. For example, the gender equality index has increased for the third consecutive year, reaching 94% in France. Finally, we are committed to social causes: doing good around us is at the heart of our “raison d'être” and our volunteer and community development actions are proof of this.
