DBR Food consultancy is the partner for the B2B food ingredients market with expertise on a.o. development, application, TSS, strategy, marketing & product management. In my work I learned that in a B2B environment it's not only vital to build relationships with customers, but also to be able to really understand the challenges they are facing (with their customers) and to show them the added value of the suppliers portfolio and technical capabilities for their customers portfolio. As an interim manager I can accomplish important changes in the organisation that lift the existing staff to a next level. With my 19 years of experience in R&D/D&A and PGM with leading B2B food companies and with supporting their customers worldwide (from local hero’s to key accounts), I developed a passion to be the link to help set up and train people to be able to take better control of their roles, to initiate change and improvement and setting up methods and guiding internal staff to continue independently without further support. My leadership style is coaching and situational leadership. My mission: DBR Food Consultancy has the goal to be the ‘go to’ partner for strategy, change management, talent management, value creation, portfolio optimalisation and keto development. DBR Food.
