About DC Department of Human Resources
DCHR provides human resources management services that strengthen individual and organizational performance for majority of the Districts 35,000 employee workforce in various capacities; ranging from benefits to staffing services. Our mission is to foster a world-class culture that attracts, develops and retains a well-qualified diverse workforce to carry out the District’s operations for the benefit of its residents, visitors and customers.
