DcFuture is in full development and is looking for solutions for the energy challenges that are coming our way. The energy transition requires a market that thinks along and does not only place the challenges with the grid operators. Every situation requires different solutions. Our strength therefore lies in energy management, battery storage and direct current solutions. One of the solutions for homes, SMEs and industry is a management system, possibly supplemented with energy storage. With such a system, the energy demand can be better controlled according to the energy supply. An energy management system processes energy sources and can automatically choose between processing, use or storage of energy. A second solution is to reduce energy consumption by automating processes and/or having them work together. This can be done by allowing consumers to communicate with each other or by controlling them through a higher-level system. Controlling consumers is one of the possibilities to deal with energy and/or energy price as optimally and efficiently as possible. A third solution is to reduce energy consumption by limiting losses. These losses occur during transport due to resistance of the cables, but especially during conversions between alternating current and direct current. Not only do most consumers operate on direct current, many renewable energy sources such as solar panels also generate direct current. In order to limit losses, it is possible to implement the entire or partial installation in direct current. DcFuture researches and offers systems in which the conversions between alternating current and direct current are limited to a minimum. DcFuture is the party to compile, deliver and commission a tailor-made plan for each situation and budget. The possibilities and systems that dcFuture offers ensure, among other things, that the internal energy management can continue to operate (partly) in the event of grid congestion and/or grid failure.
