About DDD Melbourne

DDD stands for Developer! Developer! Developer! It started in 2005 in the United Kingdom as a community conference organised by software developers, for software developers. It has since spread all over the UK and Australia. While its heritage is as a developer-focused conference, DDD Melbourne is for all professionals in the software industry. Each year, we create an inclusive event that caters for everyone, including those who may not usually have an opportunity to attend or speak at conferences. In addition to the annual DDD conference, we also run a number of DDD By Night events throughout the year. These events are held in the evening, and showcase various lightning talks given by a range of new and experienced speakers.
