De Karina’s boutique chocolate factory was founded in 2006 by Karina and Gyora Chepelinski, out of their vision to continue a three generation family tradition of producing wonderful handmade chocolate. A magical journey of combinations and contrasts, delicacy and accuracy, love and perfection, which started over 100 years ago and exists to this day in every product, from unwrapping and down to the last bite. The finest raw materials, the mix of handmade tradition with research and modern technology, trade secrets and recipes that were handed down through three generations over three continents, all melt together into one world that is pure love for chocolate. That is what makes De Karina the leader of premium chocolate in Israel. In the boutique shop at the visitor center you can find all of De Karina’s products, including exclusive limited editions sold only there. Rich liqueurs, pralines, truffles, energizing chocolates for athletes and unique chocolates designed and inspired by the Golan Heights scenery, all produced within the boutique factory in Israel and Kosher LeMehadrin . In addition to exporting to several countries, De Karina’s chocolate products can be found in selected wine, flower and gift shops nationwide.
