DEALGATE is the global alliance for M&A professionals. It offers a closed and secure environment, where M&A professionals exchange buying and selling opportunities. Such mandates or ideas are posted anonymously. The posting member decides which member groups will be able to see the brief and confidential summaries. One of the >400 DEALGATE members might have access to a potential target or buyer beyond your research or network. In the globalized M&A business, alliances are playing an increasingly important role. Applied properly, all parties involved will profit from expanding their network globally and gaining transparency within a secure environment. The results are deals concluded with better conditions. DEALGATE is not intended as a networking platform for M&A individuals. Rather, the platform was designed for companies, whether they are advisors, investors or corporate M&A departments interested in identifying deal opportunities.
