About Dealing with People
Born in 2005, Dealing with People was set up by experienced executives coming from multinational companies working in human resources, sales and marketing, and general management. Our eagerness, implication, and professional commitment was to build up a different entrepreneurial project aimed at training and developing managerial skills of professionals. Our focus is on training managerial skills and thanks to having worked for more than 70 companies, we are proud of having generated our own methodology that ensure the progress and learning of new behaviors that help professionals tackling their daily challenges. Dealing with People is an Official Business Partner of N.E.W.S.® (https://newsnavigation.com) in Spain for the dissemination, delivery and marketing of its Leadership, Transformation and Consulting Programs. This collaboration model allows us to provide our clients with practical and effective solutions at the individual, team and organizational levels. Solutions range from organizational development processes to leadership development training, coaching and transformation interventions.
