Deb Pilgrim works with two types of entrepreneurs', the first type is usually in the start-up phase of their business, may be feeling overwhelmed with all that they need to do, haven't had the time to put systems in place to support themselves, are not sure what to do next and have been so busy that they haven't put any focus on marketing. The second type have been in business for awhile, growing strongly but again feel overwhelmed by all they have on, still don't have the right amount of support or systems in place, not sure what is next and Oh! have been so busy keeping their heads above water that their service is starting to slip and their focus on marketing is not there! One other key points with her clients is that they know, understand and get the value of investing in themselves and are willing to pay for this.
