My husband (Marty ) and I integrate our training in nutrition, culinary arts, hypnosis, energy healing, Buddhist meditation and labyrinth work to offer people a total mind-body-spirit approach to support their personal transformation. Through our Dharma Nutrition service, we offer classes and workshops in personal and spiritual development and nutrition, private sessions and consultations, menu makeovers and cooking classes. Our Dharma Diet applies the Life Balancing Formula of Cleanse, Replenish and Revitalize to body, mind and spirit. Our Dharma Nutrition service is a subdivision of the Riverside Healing Arts Center and "The Little Cooking School" in Shelburne Falls, MA Martin Yaffee, MA is an ACF-certified Culinary Educator. He and is wife Deborah owned and operated the much beloved Riverside Restaurant in Shelburne Falls for 11 years. He developed the bakery at Green Fields Market Coop and teaches culinary arts at Holyoke Community College. He is a pastry chef extraordinaire and also a Chinese herbalist.
