With over 30 years experience in business to business debt collection we offer a fast comprehensive range of services for the collection of outstanding debts helping major PLC's to sole trader businesses. We are members of the Credit Services Association and the Institute of Credit Management and therefore conduct our business in a professional and ethical manner. All our charges are based on a No Collection - No Fee basis and there are no upfront registration fees. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 we request the debtor to pay statutory interest and debt collection costs as well as the principal sum. Current rates of commission:- Debts up to £10,000 – 10% Commission, Over £10,000 – 5 % Commission, Debts over 1 year old – 15% Commission, Minimum Collection Fee £50.00 Worldwide Collection rates on request.
