My company offers event and wedding planning services as well as boutique catering for small events. What we do best is create beautiful purposeful events that honor sustainability and green practices. We are professional, organized and kind. I am both a planner and a chef and that's really good news for you. Not only am I passionate about your life celebration I am totally over the moon about what food and beverage are going to be incorporated into your event. I have led a professional kitchens for years creating made from scratch seasonal food incorporating locally grown seasonal food from farmers and artisans from Northern California. I then launched another company where I wrote hundreds of menus for events and weddings doing exactly the same thing—celebrating and showcasing the abundance of food and talent in California. Nothing gets me going like being able to talk to you and your guests about the farms and farmers who created the food that is such an important part of your event. You are going to spend upwards of 40 percent of your budget on food and beverage and that’s a number I take seriously. I know how much things cost and what’s a fair price for services. I can help you make decisions about what style of food family style, plated or buffet. I can help you design a flow that fits your idea of a perfect event and then guide you in selecting a menu that reflects your personality. DWE Catering Services: I offer my own personal catering services to smaller events (under 100) led by a team of dynamic women who I have worked with for years. Our commercial kitchen is in San Rafael where we prepare the product that we purchase from the farmer’s market in Marin County and source directly from farmer’s and ranchers in Northern California. We cook as much a humanly possible on site—utilizing available venue kitchens or renting kitchen equipment that we set up on site.
