Our dedicated Physiotherapists all have extensive experience in effectively treating muscle and joint conditions. We specialise in the effective management of a wide range of Sports Injuries and understand the importance of the balance between optimal recovery time whilst achieving a resolution to the presenting injury. Our therapists are also experienced in treating children, elderly, prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, work injuries including work cover, and very commonly postural issues relating to our world of technology that we now live in... thats right... slide up that seat.. and correct your sitting : ) Our goal for all our patients with unique needs is to achieve results as fast as possible, for a healthy return to sport, work and lifestyle! Our focus is thorough assessment for clear diagnosis and effective treatment of manual therapy which is complemented by exercise therapy. We believe that the hands on therapy aspect of Physiotherapy is key* to regaining function and hence it is always a large part of our treatment. We by all means implement extensive Exercise Therapy, however often the hands on therapy is required first and gradually exercises are taught to our patients to retrain and strengthen and completely resolve issues. Our Pilates Studio within our practice is utilised during Physiotherapy sessions which allows a complete progression of rehabilitation on Studio equiptment such as the Reformer and Exochair and Springboard. The gentlest exercises following surgery can be achieved to advanced core training for return to sport and heavy work.
