Deena Strategies is a social impact consulting firm. Using Human-Centered Design, our cross-disciplinary team engages the key stakeholders affected by a problem, especially those who have been through that problem themselves, to develop validated and long-lasting solutions. We partner with social impact entrepreneurs, governments, non-profits, and companies to address complex social issues and teach them our methods. We have extensive experience applying our methods to redesign social systems such as criminal justice, education, foster care, and healthcare. Our Mission is to advance the well-being of all people by developing curriculums, strategies, products, and services that benefit those most negatively affected by flaws in America's social systems. We help social entrepreneurs, governments, foundations, non-profits, and companies working on the front lines of America's most pressing social challenges to deliver the most impact. We've helped our clients redesign aspects of the social services system, create new strategies to help those living in poverty get on their feet, and reimagine how non-profits use technology to develop apps that connect with community aspiration. In both short and long timescales, we help social impact innovators, governments, foundations, and non-profits save lives, improve quality of life, and give those who were denied opportunities the best chance possible to succeed.
