DeepLeHR is an HR tech company redefining how people and work are connected. Most traditional HR platforms struggle to solve the diverse hiring and career issues across job types and industries. We believe these problems are best addressed through tailored solutions designed around each sector’s structure and user behavior. In doing so, we discover new user value and business models unique to each context. Rather than repeating the formulas of job boards or career communities, we adapt and reassemble what’s needed—or design new systems entirely when existing ones fall short. Our first platform, dmand, is now Korea’s largest hiring and community platform for production and skilled labor. It began by solving the dual problem of poor recruitment exposure for employers and fragmented information for job seekers. Today, dmand supports over 100,000 job seekers, sees 150,000 MAU, and is used by 800+ employers including Hyundai Motors, SK Hynix, and POSCO Group. It continues to evolve with verified employer data, real-time communities, and better job discovery. This approach doesn’t stop at frontline work. We’re building new platforms in sectors where HR transformation is slow, and needs are specific and underserved. A new launch is coming later this year. Our long-term vision is a network of purpose-built platforms—each designed independently, but connected through shared technology, unified user value, and cohesive business architecture.
