We have a fitness class to suit every activity level from Chair One Fitness and Silver Sneakers Circuit Training to Yoga and Pilates. Come talk to our front desk coordinator about how your Medicare Supplement can help pay for your Fitness Center Membership. The Pool welcomes you into a setting ideal for rehabilitation and fitness with warm water and experienced staff. We offer Physical Therapy treatments, Open Swim, Lap Swim, Private and Group Swimming Lessons, Aquatic Personal Training and Aquatic Fitness Classes. Our 30 ft x 50 ft pool is kept at 91 degrees and ranges from 3.5 feet to 5.5 feet deep.
