We are accepting new patients!! Defina Health was founded by an all clinician team, who were driven by a shared belief that there was a better way to deliver mental healthcare. Seeing first hand how the US struggle’s to care for those with severe mental illness or substance use disorders, with 1 in 5 not getting the care they need, they found an opportunity to reduce this gap in the healthcare system. Virtual Mental health has not yet met the needs of these patients as they often lack the resources and support structures necessary to address these complex conditions. We are determined to bridge that gap and provide a more holistic model of care that integrates not only care for the mind but care for the body. So that no matter what needs you may have, there is a place for you within our Defina home. With decades of collective experience across a multitude of healthcare settings, we set out to create a tele-medicine platform that could offer comprehensive supportive services, from prevention and wellness to diagnosis/treatment through long term management of illness. We strive to approach care with a consideration of your personal overall health and well-being, rather than just addressing specific health issues in isolation. Using a data-driven approach, we hope to better understand each persons unique needs and provide individualized care that adapts to everyone's changing needs. Supported by a dedicated team, we aim to create a platform that connects each person with the resources they need to manage their mental health from anywhere.
