Deiseil Design & Planning is an architectural design and drafting firm, a family operation since 1994, offering residential design and drafting, light commercial design and drafting, and we assist small business owners in getting over the hurdles of moving into a new location and triggering a 'change of use' that requires adaptation of the existing building to meet code requirements. Our special interest is in small housing, accessory dwelling units, laneway suites, etc. that can help to address the lack of affordable and suitable housing that most of the world is experiencing.
