About Deka Lash
We are a beauty company that specializes in eyelash extensions with the goal of making you look and feel like the best version of yourself. Deka Lash was founded in 2012 on the belief that all beauty services should be attainable. Our founder Jennifer Blair noticed a major gap within the beauty industry – eyelash extension services were only in select cities, priced incredibly high, and available only to certain consumers. So Jennifer became a Lash Artist to fix the problem herself. Together with her husband Mike, Jennifer formed Deka Lash by pairing together the first two letters of her two daughters' names (DE-mi and KA-rli), and set up shop in a one-room studio outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Now, we have nearly 100 studio locations across the US, a product line specially formulated for our lashes, and services that start with our clients. Behind the scenes, our corporate team is committed to a healthy remote-work life. While based primarily out of Pittsburgh, PA, our employees span across the US.
