Renewable Energy Services (RES) is a real estate development company specializing in front-end development work for utility-scale solar farms of all sizes (2-200MW). Operating across the Southeast in North & South Carolina and Virginia, RES has experience with all major utilities in those markets. That experience allows us to bring innovative and customer-centered solutions to landowners and development partners alike. We approach each project with an open mind and a collaborative eye towards the surrounding communities, addressing any county or neighbor concerns directly. With over 200MWac of solar developed to date and hundreds more in the pipeline, we differentiate ourselves with our attention to detail, transparent style, and in-depth knowledge of local markets.
