We have owned Hansen Court since 1991 and take a very close interest in all aspects of life at the scheme. We are particularly careful to see that Hansen Court is at all times a secure, safe and friendly environment in which all residents can enjoy privacy and sociable company as they wish. We know all our residents personally and many have lived at Hansen Court for 15 years or more. We have a very relaxed and friendly community that encourages good neighbourly relations amongst all our residents. We are located in a very private cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood in Wigston with easy access to local shops and a main bus route only 2/3 minutes walk away. Within a short walk we also have a Tesco Superstore and a new Aldi store . Hansen Court differs from most retirement schemes in that it is privately owned. We take a very active and personal interest in our resident’s security, comfort and surroundings to ensure that we have a community that appreciates and enjoys all the benefits of good neighbours, privacy and, when required, friendship and support.
