Delaware ADR, LLC is led by Judge Andrea L. Rocanelli, a retired Delaware jurist, with extensive experience in mediation of complex commercial and corporate disputes, as well as arbitration pursuant to the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act. Retired Delaware Superior Court Judge Mary Johnston, the longest serving judge on the Superior Court’s preeminent Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD), joins Delaware ADR to lend her expertise and skills to resolution of complex commercial and corporate disputes. Services include mediation and arbitration to achieve efficient, effective and durable resolution of disputes. Even where disputes seem intractable, Judge Rocanelli and Judge Johnston employ their extensive legal and judicial experience to achieve durable agreements that advance business goals by identifying creative solutions beyond those typically available in contested litigation. Judge Rocanelli and Judge Johnston can reasonably predict the responses and rulings of Delaware state and federal judges and to forecast the reaction of Delaware juries, which is especially helpful to parties’ realistic assessment of their positions in Delaware litigation.
