DelCam Capital, LLC is a private investment partnership focused on strategically acquiring operating businesses. It is our mission to act as stewards of capital on behalf of our partners. We seek to achieve superior investment returns while improving the livelihoods and working environments of our portfolio company stakeholders. It is our fundamental belief that patient private equity supporting thoughtful buy-and-build acquisitions makes for a unique value proposition to growth-oriented companies, their management teams, and our partners. Through complete ownership of the portfolio companies we are able to engineer a truly synergistic network of high performing enterprises. We believe in building smaller middle market companies by creating highly collaborative relationships with portfolio company operators. It is our philosophy to remove barriers to growth and to enhance profitability, action-by-action, to build the greater enterprise through the execution of disciplined, fiscally responsible growth strategies, both organic and through targeted acquisitions. We believe that there is a need for patient capital, contrary to many investment firms that are encumbered with pre-defined exit pressures and portfolio driven decision making. These factors may subvert efforts to optimize long-term capital gains. We invest our own capital alongside our limited partners and take pride in our roles as fiduciaries and stewards of our partners’ capital.
