Delegant is an event & association management organisation based in Oxfordshire. Association Management Delegant provides association management services to a wide range of not-for-profit membership associations. These services include everything from managing membership subscriptions, organising events such as annual conferences, regular meetings and professional training courses through to the financial aspects such as bookkeeping, annual accounts and company secretariat services. We work with many different structures of membership associations. These range from those who have full time staff and require specific services from Delegant through to associations with no staff, governed by a board of volunteers and require the full-service association management from Delegant. Delegant works with associations ranging from those with thousands of individual members through to trade associations and groups with several hundred company members. Conferences, Meetings & Events by Delegant Delegant provides full-service Conferences, Events and Meetings management to a diverse range of organisations and associations. This includes Conferences, Meetings & Events. These range from international healthcare companies through to UK based membership associations. Clinical Trial Investigator Meetings by Delegant Delegant has specific expertise and comprehensive experience of arranging Clinical Trial Investigator Meetings. The Management Team of Delegant come from a healthcare background and have been involved in such meetings for the last 20 years. We frequently arrange everything for these meetings from finding a suitable venue, travel for the investigators and site staff, AV requirements, coordinating with third party suppliers for specific trial related training (e.g. Rater training), through to aspects such as printing and generating other materials. We can also work with you to fit the investigator meeting around other activities such as CRA Training.
