Delve Research is led by a seasoned leadership team headed by Jeff Berkowitz and Sean McAllister. Recognized by Politico as “an opposition research and policy ace,” Berkowitz managed messaging and research operations for The White House, several major presidential campaigns, the Republican National Committee, and the U.S. Department of State before forming Delve Research. Sean McAllister spent three election cycles on a national political party research team and prior to that spent nine years handling regulatory and state affairs at a major trade association. At the beginning of his two decades in Washington, he also served as a Political Liaison for the Speaker of the U.S. House. Delve Research’s team includes veterans of every level of politics and policy. They have worked on campaigns, party committees, and independent expenditure committees at every level of politics, as well as in positions in Congress, state legislatures, policy think tanks, and the private sector.
