About Demaskator
Demaskator is a modern and secure online platform for handling anonymous Whistleblower reports. Demaskator is intended for all companies wishing to establish an anonymous channel of communication with Whistleblowers, and thus meet the obligation imposed by the provisions of the applicable EU directive on the protection of whistleblowers' rights. The Directive imposes a number of obligations on employers to strengthen the level and effectiveness of whistleblower protection against disclosure of their identity and retaliation. The directive has been in force since 17/12/2021 and is to be implemented into the Polish legal system. Demaskator runs in the software as a service (SaaS) model and is available for use right after starting the account. Each company gets an individual website address in the demaskator.app subdomain (e.g. my_organization.demaskator.app), which will be used by all people (employees, associates, clients, etc.) willing to file a report concerning irregularities, anonymously in the organization. Depending on individual needs and the selected service package, Demaskator client's instance can be additionally personalized. By implementing Demaskator platform to handle anonymous reports from whistleblowers, the company gains a modern, encrypted communication channel. It is currently the safest and most comfortable way for stakeholders to report irregularities.
