Our History Demetree Real Estate Services certainly didn’t begin life as the large enterprise it is today. It began way back in 1945 as an entrepreneurial small business looking to grow its real estate assets and services in the state of Florida. Over a period of 50 years, the company slowly but steadily expanded its assets under management and/or ownership, along with growing in staff and expertise. As a family business, another generation took the reigns in the 1990s and has continued to drive the operation forward with that same entrepreneurial spirit the business started with. In 2014, Demetree Real Estate Services merged with another well-known second generation property management firm to stage itself for rapid growth.
