About Denis Accounting and Tax

We work with small and medium sized businesses to help them better understand the numbers behind their business, in order to maximize their profits and tax savings. With our careers working in large corporate company environments, we bring our knowledge and experience of process and controls to our small and medium sized clients. We also have extensive experience in controllership, financial reporting and corporate accounting functions that use centralized ERP systems, which we can use to provide clients with higher level Controller/CFO services. Our goal is for our clients to go from feeling stressed and confused about the numbers behind their business, to feeling confident and at ease. We work to accurately process their reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month end closes. Our clients feel like they can plan for the future, as we take them step by step through cash flow projections, budgets and tax planning strategies. They feel at ease that they are not missing regulatory deadlines, as we work together to file all required tax and regulatory filings, including income tax, sales tax, and informational filings. We have experience in using and/or adopting Quickbooks online/desktop, Xero, Toast, Marketman, and many other Point of Sale, accounting, and inventory software. We also have worked with large ERP and reporting systems so we can adapt to a client’s accounting infrastructure.
