About Dennis Tennis Serving Love
Dennis Tennis Serving Love is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing underprivileged youth the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of tennis. Dennis Tennis Serving Love Inc. was created to provide underprivileged youth the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of tennis. Our mission is to bring tennis and all its numerous benefits to kids in the United States and within the African continent that have limited exposure to this great sport due to their socio-economic status and limited resources. We collect gently-loved and new tennis shoes, clothing, and tennis equipment such as racquets, balls, and nets and in turn provide them to underprivileged youth in the U.S., West Africa & the Caribbean. We're not just recycling, we are ensuring these items get into the hands of young people who will put them to good use as they excel on their tennis journey! Dennis Tennis Serving Love Founder & Director Dennis Quaye provides tennis clinics for youth in underserved communities in the U.S. and abroad. These clinics are designed to teach tennis fundamentals, sportsmanship, and safety, all while having fun on the court! We believe that learning and playing tennis provides children with a range of life skills that improve their social, emotional and mental well-being, such as self-esteem, leadership skills, and teamwork. That's why Dennis Tennis Serving Love engages with youth through a variety of platforms, such as school-sponsored career day events and in partnership with other community-based organizations. Playing sports is one way young people can get physically fit. Dennis Tennis Serving Love teaches youth the benefits of being physically active, as well as shares information about nutrition and overall healthy lifestyle.
