About Dental Connections
Dental Connections is a non-profit dental organization established in 1919 whose mission is to provide equitable access to oral health care for all. Our goal is to provide oral health care to under-served and vulnerable children and families who face barriers to obtaining oral health care. We treated over 15,000 patients per year, of which almost 12,000 are children. The majority of our patients are low income and receive state insurance (Medicaid). Dental Connections has three main programs, our main clinic with 17 operatories, our Smile Squad school-based program and our Little Healthy Smiles preschool program.
