Independent but not alone. Our mission to "Empower and Preserve Independent Dentistry" provides a platform for independent dentists to organize and unite as a large group. Currently Serving: ID,NV,NM,PA,UT,W. TX Collectively, Dental Cooperative members can accomplish what individual dentists cannot. Through the Dental Cooperative, our dentist members maintain their independence as dental practitioners and private business owners while having access to benefits that are normally only available to large corporate practices. There is strength in numbers. If you are an independent dentist who is interested in membership in the Dental Cooperative, our program provides all the advantages of a corporate practice with few of the headaches. More importantly, our member dentists maintain complete independence and have more, not less, freedom through the cooperative structure. Reducing Practice Cost 1. Employ bargaining power to save thousands of dollars in overhead expenses through key supply and manufacturer relationships and purchasing contracts with dental vendors. 2. Access to our strong banking relationships to refinance existing loans or create working capital. 3. Participate in the Cooperative's Profit Sharing and Equity Programs available to all members. 4. Take advantage of our HR benefits through key relationships with outsourced companies that can assist you in providing health benefits, payroll services, Cobra administration, life insurance and retirement planning. Creating and Controlling Patient Flow The Cooperative's unique "Dental Benefit Program" creates new patients for Dental Cooperative dentists by offering negotiated discounts to local employers, colleges, associations and residential complexes. Save on supplies and equipment The Dental Cooperative proactively reaches out to dental suppliers and manufacturers to help Co-Op members control and reduce monthly operating costs.
