The Desautels Graduate Women's Association's (DGWA) mission is to promote dialogue on issues surrounding gender parity and women's empowerment, both in the McGill community and in the workplace. We aim to maximize the personal and professional development of female Desautels graduate students through enabling networking and mentorship opportunities, and through celebrating successful women in business. At the same time, we strive to create opportunities for all genders to interact with influential leaders, and to learn more about how they can best support gender equity initiatives in their professional lives.
