About Design Box

Design Box a été créée en 2009 par Philip Garbutt et Pierre Mouchel pour proposer un service de pointe en matière de structure auprès des maîtres d’ouvrages, des architectes et des entreprises. Ils travaillent la structure dans le sens large du terme en apportant leur expérience approfondie de la matière à la fois théorique et pratique pour la construction des ouvrages. Philip, après une période en ouvrages d’art chez Ove Arup et projets spéciaux chez Bouygues, s’est établi comme indépendant en France en 1999. Pierre, rencontré à l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées et après une période au bureau d’études chez Léon Grosse a rejoint Philip en 2005. Philip et Pierre sont tous deux bilingues et travaillent sur tous types de structures. Une équipe dynamique, avec des outils de pointe, les assiste dans leur travail. Design Box was created by Philip Garbutt and Pierre Mouchel in 2009 in response to growing demand for excellence in structural design for clients, architects and contractors. They both work with structure in the broader sense of the word and apply their in depth experience in material science combining a theoretical and practical approach to structural design. Philip, after a period in bridge design at Ove Arup and special projects with Bouygues, established himself as an independent consultant in 1999. Pierre, who first met at the Ecole Nationale de Ponts et Chaussées worked for Leon Grosse before joining Philip in 2005. Philip and Pierre are both bilingual and work on all categories of structures. A dynamic team, with specialist dedicated work tools, assists them in their work.
