About Design Builders New Zealand
Design Builders create superb one-off homes for our clients, we’ve been doing this for over 30 years and along the way we’ve won well over 100 Registered Master Builders House of The Year Awards, including Regional Gold Awards, Best in Category and many more. Our company's foundations were laid by our founder, Andy Bell, back in 1992 when we built a new home for our very first client. We've come a long way since then, we've grown in size and reputation, yet like anything that's built to last, we've stuck to our original vision and values. We offer New Zealanders something unique - instead of catalogues, templates or pre-existing designs we design and build superb unique homes that express the owner's personality; a home inspired by the people who will live in it, and love it. Across the North and South Island, clients come to us for just the right blend of architectural flair, an ability to faithfully interpret their unique brief, and superb craftsmanship. We work closely with our clients throughout the briefing and design process and then we execute brilliantly. Our business model is designed to work for our clients, our partners and our company.
