**Please note that Designing Leaders has suspended operations in Singapore** At Designing Leaders, we know that the rising need for high-performing employees in Asia is outpacing the growth of the talent pool. We want to help leaders at all levels create an environment where employees can do their best work. We bring decades of private- and public-sector leadership experience as well as many years of teaching expertise in organizational training functions and at major universities around the world. You cannot really learn about leadership from a lecture, nor can a collection of pie charts and bar graphs help you make the best use of your people as you grow your business. Ultimately, you have to learn the fundamentals, understand how they fit into your situation, and practice them. We believe the best way to do that is through small, interactive workshops instead of sessions in a large auditorium. Our public classes bring together students from various industries and different-sized organizations. We also tailor our courses to come in-house and work with an extended leadership team. We know students can best apply new skills when they learn concepts from a facilitator, share ideas with their peers, and practice their skills in the classroom before returning to the real world. We currently offer training programs for groups as well as one-on-one coaching throughout Asia. Our parent company was created in the United States in 2010. Our Singapore office, Designing Leaders Pte Ltd, was established in 2019.
