As evidenced by our many reviews from happy clients, we also strive to provide an exceptional remodeling experience for our clients often times by taking care of the smallest details and keeping them updated consistently about the progress of their project. When we encounter problems that are inherent in remodeling, we will provide details and solutions on how we will resolve the problem and the impact upon the project cost and schedule. 95% of our projects are designed and built fully turnkey on a fixed price. Allowances and change orders are the exception rather then the rule.
