Founded and established in 2018, Ronald Dobrosielski, owner and founder, thought about making productivity and success a norm in the virtual assistance industry. Having been in the industry for more than 20 years, he gained experience and expertise as an appraiser, finance officer, mortgage broker then as a real estate agent. He was initially struggling with managing work-life balance and felt that his job took over his life. Until he decided to take it back. From there, virtual assistants have been hired and equipped with proper and appropriate training to make sure that client needs are being met. Armed with the skills and technical know how, virtual assistants have proven to be the powerhouse of the company as they consistently push barriers in generating output and providing results. With our proven success, we are now hiring and training VA’s for all kinds of business professionals.
