About Desktop Aviators
South Africa's one and only dedicated PC flight simulator store, a division of The Aviation Shop in Randburg, Johannesburg. Our Mission Our mission is to spread the word of flight simulation to our fellow aviation enthusiasts with endless possibilities to realism as the technology evolved throughout decades of flight simulator development. A lot of times when hosting expos, exhibitors are often surprised of what we do and most of them did not even realize that there are something as real as simply having a simulator that has all the real functions a real aircraft has on your computer on the market. We work with only the best brands within the business like Laminar Research (Creator of Xplane), Lockheed Martin's Prepar3D, Aerosoft, Saitech, PC Pilot, PMDG just to name a few. We usually host our expos at South African airshows but we often also have shows hosted at HobbyX and Rand show.
