DESTIHL® was founded on the promise of supporting flavor and boycotting bland. We opened our first gastrobrewpub™ (DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works) in Normal, Illinois, in November 2007. Our menu focuses on bold flavors that pair well with a wide array of innovative beers for every palate. We are not bound to any particular cooking genre or beer styles. Rather, our commitment is grounded upon an inventive approach to classic American-inspired pub fare and global cooking and brewing traditions. Our bars not only feature DESTIHL beer, but also adventurous house cocktails, a distinctive wine list and many locally crafted spirits. Together, we create energetic environments that encourage our guests to share in the excitement. DESTIHL has become a brand, but we have not strayed from our roots. We take pride in our values and will continue to grow and support our local communities, including our local farms because great food is prepared with the best ingredients and care. We promise to deliver on these uncompromising beliefs. After all, you deserve it. DESTIHL is a "down-to-earth" company and has high values, and as such, we place great importance on doing business responsibly and in ways that earn the trust and respect of our guests and neighbors. Embracing and celebrating our local roots and foundations is key to our core value system. When possible, we utilize local ingredients, material and area businesses and support local charities in our community. We also strive to have as little impact on our environment as possible, not because of any convenient political movement, but because it is simply common sense and the right thing to do. DESTIHL is a growing company. Our growth brings excitement and a need for passionate individuals to help us grow. We have several opportunities for management and hourly positions.
