Destination Caldwell was formed in 2013 by a grassroots team of local citizens, downtown property owners, and business leaders seeking to create better opportunities to live, work and play. For over a decade now, Destination Caldwell's stands true to its pillars: ~ Downtown Business Support & Economic Development ~ The Community ~ Agriculture Our Mission: Destination Caldwell is a non-profit whose mission is to leverage our rich agriculture heritage and vibrant community spirit to build a prosperous future for Caldwell. Our Brand Promise: To position the City of Caldwell and surrounding region as Idaho's premier gathering place with a focus on locally produced wines throughout the Sunnyslope region, market-fresh goods, and farm to fork dinning. Signature Products & Events: ~ Indian Creek Plaza: Management of over 250 programmed days with 14 signature events and growing. We are most noted for our Winter Wonderland Festival, including one of only 9 public ice-skating ribbons in the United States. ~ AgVenture Trail: guided tours along the region's rich agriculture, connecting and educating guests on the region's heritage, hobby farms, fruit ranches, distilleries, wineries and more!
