Destination Leadership’s flagship program – EXPEDITION Coaching® a premium coach training company based in Saskatchewan offering coaching certification. Three levels of training are available to people and organizations – either in-house or through public offerings. It has been translated into French, Chinese and Portuguese and is being delivered in China and Brazil. (1) The Certified Coach Training (65-hour) is aligned with the International Coach Federation’s core competencies and will provide participants with a high quality training experience and opportunity towards becoming a certified internal or external coach. Ten hours of Mentor Coaching is also provided to participants. (2) The Facilitator Certification Training will equip participants with the skills, tools and resources to facilitate a 2-day coaching skills program forthe workplace. Participants will have a valuable resource to support participants to discover coaching as a powerful leadership tool, equipping them to walk away with the skills to apply the coach-approach in the workplace immediately. (3) The Coaching Skills Training is designed for leaders at all levels who want to enhance their coaching, communication and change leadership skills with people in today’s changing workplace. Participants will gain enhanced frameworks for communicating and holding conversations that will engage, empower, and inspire forward action.
