DESTINO ITALIA is a portal that performs the function of a LABOR MARKET Intermediation Agency designed to facilitate the return to Italy of professionals and workers from countries historically characterized by strong Italian emigration, with a particular focus on sectors where there is a significant shortage of labor. Through this portal, we aim to create an effective bridge between the supply and demand of work, establishing agreements with Italian institutions and companies looking for qualified personnel, as well as promoting job opportunities in the countries of origin through collaborations with universities, professional associations and public bodies. The portal not only facilitates the meeting between supply and demand, but also offers extensive support for the administrative activities necessary for the transfer to Italy. This includes the recognition of diplomas, Italian language courses with certification exams (through the sub-portal IO PARLO ITALIANO described in more detail below), assistance in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and paperwork for obtaining work visas or citizenship applications by descent. In addition, DESTINO ITALIA will play an important promotional role, spreading Italian culture in all its forms, from art to cuisine, thus contributing to a better integration of workers into the Italian social environment.
