We are a promotional product importer and distributor based in Jacksonville, FL and proud member of the Advertising Specialty Institute since 2002. Promotional products are divided into two categories - direct import and domestic, also known as ad specialties. We provide both options for you. There are pros and cons to importing promotional products versus buying domestic ad specialty products. Buying overseas allows for a lower price point per unit on many products, but requires a higher minimum order quantity of usually 500 units and longer lead times of 90-120 days. There are some exceptions to these rules and in some cases it is still beneficial to our customers to air ship product form overseas. On the other hand, domestic promotional products have a short lead time, usually 14 days with rush options available, but the pricing is higher on a per unit basis on most products and there are limits on the decoration (whether imprinted or embroidered) of the product. Promotional products make up a nearly $22 billion dollar industry and are used by virtually every business in America. Why?
