DETAIL 3 is a collective of highly experienced individuals providing building documentation assistance and solutions. Senior personnel have many years of experience within Detail 3 and leading architectural practices. Our group has unparalleled knowledge of building design and documentation practice and experience in building procurement, both in traditional and non-traditional delivery methods. DETAIL 3 provides areas of expertise tailored principally to an architectural client base that is seeking support and assistance at administrative and technical levels. These services are provided on the basis that our clients retain full authorship for the completed works and that the process is not encumbered with formal architectural associations. Services can be provided on an ‘as needed’ generic basis, or more ideally on a project/quantum specific basis, working directly from our city based office or out of the client office, or as the case or opportunity requires. Prior to DETAIL 3 senior personnel have had extensive experience in collaborative practice arrangements, which have resulted in the delivery of some of Melbourne’s iconic buildings. Over the years our group has continued these relationships with several successful collaborations with host/design practices and private clients. Our combined experience and expertise in documentation delivery, together with a willingness to customise work approaches to accommodate host practice methodologies, complements and assists clients and projects requiring excellence in design and detail. We are inspired and excited about the future of building design practice both in the short and long terms, continually striving to be knowledgeable and innovative in the services and methodologies we offer, in line with the evolving industry changes and expectations.
