About Detail Architects

Detail Architects is an architecture and design studio based in London. We are dedicated to creating projects with a positive impact on users, the environment and the surrounding community. Established in 2016, we work on projects of all scales; from individually crafted buildings to strategic master plans in all regions of the UK. Through a collaborative, hands-on approach both during the design process and into construction, we endeavour to create tailored architecture to meet the individual needs of each client. Our approach is inclusive and collaborative, fostering creative dialogue with clients, partners, consultants, statutory authorities, contractors and end users. We are interested in the raw materials of architecture: the use and control of light; the creation of forms that delight and inspire; and the clever use of building materials. Each decision is the result of rigorous research into the treatment of light, space, surface and material. We take an open approach to the creative design process, developing ideas through conversation, collaboration and drawing - including material prototyping, modelling, photography and collage.
