As the exclusive marketing agency of the German Athletics Federation (DLV), the DLM strives to shape athletics for the future with innovative products and platforms. The DLM holds the worldwide media and advertising rights of the DLV, the world's largest athletics association with 820,000 members. The package includes all rights for DLV events, television broadcasts, the DLV national teams, merchandising products as well as various other sponsoring rights such as the DLV clubs (Deutsche Häuser) at World and European Championships. The DLM plays a key role in shaping the DLV brand, acquiring and managing DLV sponsors, developing innovative products such as the current TrueAthletes campaign, which promotes the values of fair and honest sport with athletes of all ages and athletic disciplines. In addition, DLM markets and operates the digital communication platforms: including leichtathletik.de, the leading athletics portal in German-speaking countries, the video portal leichtathletik.TV and the social media channels for leichtathletik.de.
