Having worked in the accountancy education and training sector for almost 20 years, Karien identified a need for training office support that could go beyond advice to meet accreditation requirements. Services we offer: Accreditation and Compliance needs analysis and Development and Implementation of strategies and processes to address gaps identified Process and document development to continue to meet accreditation requirements Assistance with new applications for accreditation and training office set-up Training on the assessment process for all role players Coaching and mentoring of trainee accountants and students Consultancy in document review, policy drafting and setting up training office systems and processes Provision and/or sourcing of training interventions as required in the training office, including soft skills and professional skills training Our unique approach is based on meeting the client (office or individual) "where they are" and working with existing documents and processes to make manageable changes and implement sustainable processes to enable success.
